I was born in the antipodes where I shared my backyard with the deadliest animals in the world. I went to the beach, got a degree in architecture & industrial design, then started a rock’n’roll band. I designed and printed my own band posters, then soon graduated to CD covers, ads and editorial design for other clients.
In 1996 I moved to New York and worked as an art director at a boutique design agency with entertainment and fashion clients including Federated Department Stores, Marvel, Warner Brothers and Playboy.
In 2000 I became ACD at Bates Worldwide where I created integrated campaigns for Beefeater and Canadian Club. Then in 2003 I moved to Publicis New York as Creative Director on liquor brands including Courvoisier and Tia Maria. In 2005 I created a pitch-winning campaign for the travel goods brand Tumi. Since then I have worked for a diverse range of clients including Buitoni, Hot Pockets, Garnier, Whirlpool and LensCrafters. My campaign for MiraLAX won the account for the agency in 2011 and my campaign for Hilton Hotels in 2013 consolidated the business at Publicis Kaplan Thaler. In 2014 I was part of the team that pitched and won the global account for Cadillac which launched at the 2015 Academy Awards. Most recently I've been creating award winning content for Similac.
